The US subsidiary of one of the largest European Packaging Home/Pharma/Cosmetic is looking to hire as soon as possible a SALES ADMINISTRATOR based at their New York office.
. One of the responsibilities of this position consists in processing distributors’ orders with the factory and ensuring distribution is done in good order Therefore this means permanent contact with distributors in the US and Canada, and customers relations. .
The main role will consist to be assisting the Sales and Marketing management team in various duties
Requirements
College Degree (BA/BS)a plus or equivalent -
some experience in inside sales and customer service
detail-oriented and well-organized individual
Quick-learning
Computer literate / must possess knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office
Capable and willing to work independently as well as in a team environment
Reliable and articulate
Excellent customer relations
Knowledge of FRENCH a plus
