Job Description: As a Customer Sales and Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling incoming orders and inquiries through calls, emails, and our order portal. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients by answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and efficiently processing their orders. You will play a key role in driving sales by addressing client needs and closing sales opportunities. Additionally, you will enter and manage these orders in our ERP system, ensuring they are processed and shipped promptly. Your commitment to providing comprehensive follow-up throughout the order fulfillment process will enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process customer orders via telephone, email, or online portals.

Provide accurate and timely responses to sales inquiries and support questions.

Guide customers through the sales process, close sales, and cross-sell products when appropriate.

Enter and update customer information and orders into the ERP system.

Monitor order status, verify details, and ensure timely shipment.

Follow up with customers to confirm order status, delivery times, and overall satisfaction.

Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings and company policies.

Address and resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as necessary.

Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline customer service and sales processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a similar role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volume of customer interactions.

Proficient in using ERP systems and other business software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

A team player with the ability to work independently.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
