We seek a friendly and organized individual to join our men's clothing company. Your responsibilities include picking and packing orders, answering customer queries, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, store, and organize inventory efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Handle boxes weighing up to about 20 lbs.
Customer Service Tasks:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and politely.
- Assist customers with order-related issues or questions.
Order Management:
- Ensure order accuracy and timely shipping.
- Check product quality and quantities before shipping.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes up to approximately 20 lbs.
- Reliability and punctuality.
