We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Cleaner. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our clients' homes. Your primary duties will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting various surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and an eye for detail and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
Clean kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and floors.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
Make beds and change linens as needed.
Clean and polish glass surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning preferences and requirements.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in house cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to travel to and from clients' homes on NYC Transit
Flexibility to work weekdays and some weekends as needed.
