Customer Service Professional for an Interior Design Center. Specializing in custom window treatments (Blinds, Shades, Drapes, Shutters, & Upholstery)

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is done in a climate-controlled, retail work setting.

Work Schedule; Monday-Friday

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and comfortable when they connect with Voila Interior & Design.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality;

 Answering a multi-line phone system and take messages in a professional and timely manner.

 Listen attentively to customer concerns.

Service;

 Capture customer contact information and entering it into the database for new customer calling or visiting the store.

 Provide product and service information and serve as a liaison to staff.

 Schedule installers and coordinate product installation.

 Maintain a schedule for each installer salesperson and provide logistics support for staff.

Productivity

 Provide secretarial support. Handling filing, scanning, faxing and general correspondence.

Education

Qualified Applicants must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a retail-type environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $700.00 - $850.00 per week Based on qualifications.
