Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Assistant (Bilingual a plus)

Compensation: $18-20/hr (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are a dynamic, fast-paced company seeking a motivated and bilingual Customer Service/Admin Assistant to join our team. As part of a small, competitive team, you will play an essential role in managing customer interactions, supporting office administration, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls, taking accurate messages, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Managing a texting platform and assigning communication to the appropriate internal team members.

Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.

Providing excellent customer service to walk-in clients, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions.

Assisting with payroll and timecard entry.

Managing office inventory and ensuring necessary supplies are ordered.

Supporting the hiring process by screening candidates and identifying potential customers.

Performing general office administrative duties and offering support to internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in english language.

Prior customer service and administrative experience preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Must be comfortable handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
