Medical company has temp openings for Call Center Representative/Contact Center Agent long term. Responding to inbound calls. Resolve non-clinical problems and complaints related to customer service across Medicare Advantage and / or Managed long term care. Acts as a liaison with clinical teams and other Agency departments and programs to troubleshoot problems and effectively address member inquiries and concerns. Obtain accurate information from callers. Solves problems to address member inquiries to ensure proper issue resolutions or escalation to appropriate channels where applicable. Establishes effective customer-focused working relationships with members, physicians and providers of long term care services. Professional, good communication, team player, good customer service and able to multitask. Should have Call Center experience. Pay $17-$19.
