Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Call Center Customer Service Rep to work for us as our direct, W2 hourly employee to join our team. You will:
Handle high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner
Assist customers with questions, orders, service concerns, or complaints
Accurately document all interactions using internal systems
Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues efficiently
Follow communication scripts and company procedures
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Required Skills and Experience:
Bilingual - English & Spanish OR Russian (East Slavic) OR Cantonese OR Bengali (Bangla)
Proficient computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word
Customer service experience
Able to work Eastern Time Zone
