Will be scheduling conference rooms for meetings and events.
Must have previous experience working as a Conference Center Coordinator in a large corporate environment.
Must have experience working with Audio/Visual (A/V), Facilities and Catering teams.
Must have excellent customer service skills, excellent planning, organizational skills and excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Also should have the ability to manage both telephone and email requests and to work under pressure of deadlines for high-volume requests.
Must be familiar with the use of a PC and applications such as Microsoft Office and Event planning software.
Job responsibilities include:
Processing incoming calls and email messages to fill client space and service requests.
Regularly monitoring operations of conference facilities, coordinating with A/V Technician Staff and Catering for unexpected issues that may arise.
Running both daily and weekly reports to distribute to staff and affected support departments to forecast upcoming events with a focus in VIP and large-scale events that require special attention.
