Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Manhattan, New York Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent Work

Schedule: M-F 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Weekend Availability Required

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Administrative Assistant professional to join our growing workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the residents. If you are detail-oriented, focused, efficient, and possess strong communication skills, we invite you to apply for this position. All of our Administrative Assistant professionals undergo paid training to fully understand the position and job function so that they can provide industry leading support

Responsibilities:

Greet and invite clients into our office as the first point of contact and our first impression

ensuring clients have a great experience.

 Demonstrate a high level of customer service with a warm welcoming and professional

demeanor.

 Illustrate to prospectswhy the building is the best place to live while building rapport and

establishing trust.

 Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Answer and direct resident phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

 Coordinateand schedule apartment and property tours.

 Verify client information during the check in process and enter information into Residential Management System with

specific details regarding the prospect’s apartment search.

 Maintain and provide detailed daily and weekly traffic reports.

 Conduct amenity tours with new clients in an enthusiastic, exciting and compelling manner.

 Answer clients questions and concerns regarding the leasing process.

 Accountable for reaching monthly leasing goals and landlord objectives.

 Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

 A positive attitude and strong attention to detail

 Passion to provide positive and memorable interactions.

 Luxury customer service or lease administration experience.

 Experience providing ahigh level of customer service.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Thedesireto become a luxury building expert who is engaging and informative in all interactions.

 A “can-do-attitude” with the ability to multitask.

 Superiortime managementand organizational skills.

 The ability to workweekends (required)

Benefits:

Hourly Starting Rate of $19.00 an hour – with Overtime
