Are you hungry for hands-on experience in private equity? Strategic Knowledge Partners, a new and dynamic private equity firm, is seeking five enthusiastic interns to help manage our fast-paced, multi-stage deal funnel. You’ll be working closely with 2 unpretentious highly educated founders on live M&A deals and interacting with brokers, accountants, attorneys, and business owners.
What You Will Do:
Find owner contact information and reach out to private companies.
Source deals that meet our investment criteria through the Internet and the broker network.
Analyze marketing and financial packets and learn about what signifies a profitable business.
Provide brutally honest feedback on business communication and negotiations.
What You Won’t Do:
Complex Financial modeling.
Sophisticated analyses.
Anything that’s considered a waste of time by you or us.
