NRGUSA is seeking a Foreman for a plastering organization. A foreman of masonry and scaffolding is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a construction site. This includes managing a team of masons and scaffolders, ensuring that work is completed on time and on budget, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Duties – Mason Forman
Manage construction projects, staff and equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines
Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to delegate/complete work activities.
Manage safety, quality and productivity at work sites
Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project
Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
Assist in the construction of walkways, stone walls, CMU, Brick, etc.
Work with stone, brick, pavers, veneer, concrete and more to complete hardscape and masonry projects
Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of a masonry construction crew
Delegate job tasks to crew members to assist in the completion of masonry construction jobs
Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis
Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including: timesheets, submitting any material receipts, next day job requirements and tasks.
Ensure that all safety and PPE regulations are followed as well as company policies and regulations
Certifications and Requirements
SST Card
OSHA Certified
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a foreman in commercial construction
4 Hr or 32 hr Pipe Scaffolding Card is a Plus
16 hr or 32 hr Suspended Scaffolding Card
Pay rate $35-$40hr
