Growing excavation company looking for full time experienced construction superintendent/labor foreman to run medium size commercial & residential jobsites. Ability to read plans, set grades, install drainage/sewer/water pipe and drainage structures, foundation excavation, site layout and GPS experience. Direct and manage laborers, operators and equipment, efficiently, order materials, keep daily records. (Possibly assist with take offs and bidding if experienced but not necessary)
Also seeking construction labors with experience in site work, drainage. grades/lasers, pipe work, trench work, grading, obviously experienced working around heavy equipment.
Experience full or part time heavy equipment operators wanted as well. Experience with large excavators, loader, dozer, roller, articulated rock trucks, drainage, grading, earth moving, demolition experience is Beneficial. Must have experience working around men on the ground and underground utilities and pipes. Class A or B license with dumptruck experience is a plus. Retirees welcome!
