Melo Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Mason to join our team.
This role involves both bricklaying and overseeing the layout of our masonry projects. If you know your way around bricks and can handle the layout work, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Lay bricks and do other masonry work for different projects
Read blueprints and construction plans
Plan and execute the layout of the work
Make sure everything is straight and solid
Use and maintain masonry tools and equipment
Follow safety guidelines
Requirements:
Experience as a brick mason and including layout work
Ability to read and understand construction plans
Great attention to detail
Physical stamina and strength
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
(30) Hour OSHA Safety Training Certificate
(4) Hour Scaffolding Training Card
