Job Brief:
We are looking for a responsible candidate to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the position include providing support to our fieldworkers and customers, as well as assisting in daily office needs and general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate should able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience as a Secretary, Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, Heavy call volume
Type up service calls
Assist with dispatch of fieldworkers
Maintain spreadsheet detailing location of fieldworkers
Organize and schedule service appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to customers

The position is full-time, on site (Lindenhurst).

Additionally, following proper training, candidate is required to be "on-call".
This role is entirely remote, our office staff take turns being "on-call" one night a week, after normal business hours (5:00pm-7:30am) as well as one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) every 4-6 weeks. ( Additional Pay)
Responsibilities while "on-call" includes, but are not limited to: answering pages as they come in, entering emergency service calls, dispatching and monitoring technicians accordingly.
