Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing Clients and Sending Proposals through QuickBooks
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquires
Manage day-to-day emails, and online calendar system
Handling and organizing timesheets and employee worksheets
Perform other office duties as needed / assigned
