We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all documents/ permits for projects are obtained. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication and multi-tasking.
Duties to include:
Answering phones and emails, scheduling walk-throughs, bid invites, printing of blueprints, obtaining disconnects, pulling Town permits and filing with the DOL for asbestos related jobs.
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, insurance, permits, DOL filings, schematics, blueprints, and project reports.
Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members.
Support the estimating process by analyzing project specifications and requirements.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not a requirement.
