Position Summary
We are seeking polished and professional Front-of-the-House staff to join our luxury dining team. This includes Servers, Bussers/Food Runners who are dedicated to providing exceptional service with grace, speed, and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will bring a deep understanding of hospitality, fine dining etiquette, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences. The ability to anticipate the needs of our guests before they ask, is a core skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Servers
Deliver refined and attentive service in accordance with fine dining standards
Guide guests through the menu, making expert recommendations on food, wine, and pairings
Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure a seamless dining experience
Maintain pristine table settings and knowledge of each course’s presentation and timing
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Upsell/suggestive sell food and beverages to maximize revenue contribution of every seat
Solicit/monitor/communicate and execute special dietary requirements of guests
Know and communicate accurate descriptions and ingredients/flavors of every menu item
Food Runners/Bussers
Expedite and deliver dishes with precision and professionalism
Ensure food presentation matches executive chef's standards before delivering to guests
Provide brief, accurate descriptions of dishes when serving
Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables between courses
Support service team with guest requests and service enhancements
Maintain clean, organized, and polished dining and service areas at all times
Reset tables promptly and efficiently in accordance with service standards
Assist in water service, bread delivery, and other pre-set duties
Support servers and runners to ensure optimal guest service flow
Monitor floor for cleanliness, including sweeping and spot-checking as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
Deep understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining grace and poise
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times while being approachable
Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service preferred
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
