FOH Manager Wanted
We're looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team! Our restaurant, located in Fort Salonga, New York (11768), is focused on serving high-end items like steak, prime rib, and lobster. We use Toast POS for point-of-sale operations and 7shifts for staff scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage staff scheduling using 7shifts
- Work with Toast POS for sales, inventory, and reporting
- Lead a team of servers, including our 20 new servers in training
- Foster a "family-like" environment among staff
- Help achieve restaurant goals for high volume dining
- Close interaction and communication with the General Manager
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in restaurant management
- Comfort with Toast POS and 7shifts
- Leadership skills to manage and train staff
- Passion for high-end dining and customer service
