This job is to take care of home maintenance needs for and on behalf of the owners. Located in Sloatsburg, NY. When needed, hire a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, a gardener/landscaper etc. Preference will be given to a person who can handle some of the maintenance himself. This job requires periodical visits and on-call availability. The job is not complex and does not require many hours a month if done efficiently.
Preference for candidates located Max 30 minutes from Sloatsburg.
This job has a lot of earning potential for the skilled candidate. We offer incentives based on how much money this role saves us in contractor work and we also pay hourly for driving services. The salary is very flexible.
Responsibilities: Candidates must be proactive about addressing issues on the property and find people to do the work if they are not capable of the work themselves. At least 1 visit per week to the property is required.
