Title: Maintenance/Custodial Workers
Location: Ossining, NY
Salary: $17 to $20 per hour
Currently recruiting for several Maintenance and Custodial positions.
Assist with light carpentry including drywall repair/patch, touch up painting, hang shelves and swap faucets and light bulbs.
Responsible for general maintenance and cleaning of mixed use facility and grounds.
Keep common areas neat and free of debris and tripping hazards.
Must be proficient with use of small hand tools.
