PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
FT - Mon-Fri with on call required. Salary DOE.
Skill Requirements:
-Prepping and renovating vacant apartments.
-Ability to perform workorders in occupied apartments when needed.
-Electrical experience required. Ability to perform electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.
-Plumbing experience required. Ability to perform basic plumbing such as, replace/repair faucets and toilets (leaks, clogs, backups, etc.).
-Replace/repair screens, appliances, blinds, locks, drywall and other interior repairs.
-Painting.
-Carpentry work. Replacing doors, trim, etc.
-Maintain curb appeal of property. Daily rounds of property.
-Knowledge of basic pool maintenance.
-Snow removal
-Ability to work with outside vendors/contractors.
-Friendly demeanor
-Must be able to address emergency issues in a timely manner. Availability to be on call.
-Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
-Must be able to pass criminal background check.
-Ability to travel between Kingson & New Paltz when needed.
