Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years' experience in residential field construction.

Working knowledge in all areas of residential construction practices, quality, standards, and terminology, in English and preferably, Spanish.

Ability to comprehend and implement architectural construction documents, and to express and understand these concepts in English and preferably, Spanish.

Self-motivated, organized, adaptable, analytical, and detail-oriented.

Capable of providing clear direction to your assigned team.

Ability to establish good rapport and communication with a variety of people and personalities.

Effective time management, multi-task and prioritize to meet goals & deadlines.

Demonstrate personal accountability and ownership for project outcomes.

Reliable transportation and personal tools reflective of skill set.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Superintendent, Architects, Project Managers, Designers, Sub-Contractors to complete projects and achieve client satisfaction.

Read plans, layout, organize, bring innovation, and perform work to reach mile stones efficiently.

Keep your team working productively and efficiently; provide training and guidance to apprentices/laborers as needed.

Maintain an OSHA compliant working environment

Organize, maintain, inventory and secure: Tools, Shop and Equipment, Supplies, Materials, Job Sites.

Enforce rules and quality control, keep crew aware of goals and deadlines.

We offer:

Hourly pay: $25 - $35/hour depending on experience

Pay every 2 weeks

Reliable 40-hour work weeks, no weekends

Mileage Reimbursement
