Busy construction company, building new homes and remodeling, needs an Estimator, Supervisor and skilled Carpenters who are knowledgeable of all phases of construction. Responsible for the day-to-day activity on-site, coordination of subcontractors and company labor, adherence to work schedule, ability to read blueprints and work with architects when needed. Also must enforce all job safety regulations.
We need someone who is focused and a good problem solver that lives in Santa Fe or within 40 miles from Santa Fe. Must have great Customer communication/relations. Needs to be reliable and have own tools.
Must have good work ethic and experience of at least 5 years as a construction estimator, supervisor, and carpenter. The pay is commensurate with your experience.
