Busy construction company, building new homes and remodeling, needs on-site Estimator/Supervisor who is knowledgeable of all phases of construction. Responsible for the day-to-day activity on-site, coordination of subcontractors and company labor, adherence to work schedule, ability to read blueprints and work with architects when needed. Also enforces all job safety regulations.
We need someone who is focused and a good problem solver that lives in SF or within 40 miles from SF. Must have great Customer communication/relations.
Must have good work ethic and experience of at least 5 years as a construction supervisor.
