Troubleshooting and repair office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners, folders, cutters, etc.)
Provide outstanding customer support and service
Effectively communicate with customers
Manage time, resources productively
Be able to problem solve for best outcomes
Travel to customer locations for service calls.
Mechanical and electrical/ electronic aptitude a must, computer/ networking knowledge helpful, experience servicing
office equipment preferred but not required. Well spoken with excellent customer skills. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Be able to pass Background check, MVR check, Drug screen.
