Starting pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Lunch break: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Greet customers promptly and professionally.
2. Check in customers and vehicles upon arrival.
3. Take photos of incoming vehicles and install floor mats.
4. Accurately enter customer information into the computer system.
5. Print and present repair estimates for customer review.
6. Enter all vendor invoices into the correct work orders.
7. File all customer and vendor invoices in an organized manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Schedule, manage, and confirm all customer appointments.
10. Regularly update the company’s Facebook page with relevant content.
11. Send customer review requests after the service is completed.
12. Process and manage all customer financing applications.
13. Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
14. Obtain certification to perform Intoxalock calculations.
15. Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable before delivery to customers.
16. Track all core returns and part returns efficiently.
17. Oversee all shipping and receiving responsibilities.
18. Process and manage all Precision Torque Converter orders.
19. Answer the phone using the official telephone procedure.
20. Assist with locating and ordering vehicle parts as needed.
