On-Call Office Assistant – Answer Phones & Provide Backup Support
Description:
Local landscaping company seeks a friendly, dependable office assistant to fill in on an as-needed basis when our regular staff is unavailable.
Main duty: Answer phones professionally and take clear messages.
Other tasks may include light scheduling, organizing files, and relaying messages to clients and the team.
What we need:
Customer service skills and a great phone manner
Able to come in on short notice (same day at times)
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Living nearby is a plus
