Manager / Supervisor Role:
A Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a car wash, ensuring staff are trained and working efficiently, and that the car wash meets quality standards. They must also ensure the safety of staff, customers and their vehicles.
DUTIES:
Supervise car wash staff
Ensure quality and speed of service
Train new staff
Organize Shop
Order supplies
Handle customer queries and complaints
Requirements:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe running of the car wash
Ensure that all equipment is working properly
Maintain the cleanliness of the car wash
Train and supervise staff
Ensure that processes are adhered to
Handle customer complaints and enquiries
Supervisor Skills:
Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of car care products and services
Ability to work to tight deadlines
