Digital Marketing Project Manager

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initial client request to completion, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and achievement of project goals. You will work closely with both the Account Coordinator and Account Executives to collect client and project information as well as interact with other internal team members to further define project objectives, manage timelines, and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Delivery:

- Guide projects from conception through to successful completion.

- Define project requirements, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.

- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report to senior management.

- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Client and Team Communication:

- Maintain continuous communication with clients and team members, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business objectives.

- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, deriving insights for optimization.

- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Solid understanding of advertising and social media platforms, particularly within the Meta ecosystem.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to inform decision-making.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.

- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions to marketing challenges.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or business production context.

- Demonstrated success in leading projects and achieving marketing goals.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management systems, and social media scheduling platforms.

- Preferred experience with email marketing platforms and project management systems such as ClickUp.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Professional certifications in project management or digital marketing.

- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate team members.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Experience with analytics platforms and a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights.
