We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting our real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors.
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support real estate agents with administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Posting bills; paying bills.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is tidy and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office management or real estate is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
