Job description
We are seeking a responsible administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities include: answering phones, billing customers, taking orders, and processing sales.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (at least 2 years) in an administrative role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
- Works well under pressure
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
