You must have CNC Programming experience in order to be considered for this position
Our Client in Westville, NJ is seeking a CNC Milling Machine Operator to join their team! This is a DIRECT HIRE (not contract to hire) position with a family founded company, operating for more than 70 years. The pay rate for this position will be based on experience, but is starting from $30-$40 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Job Duties:
Responsible for the programming, operation, and repairmen of CNC Milling Machine
Read work orders and blueprints for machining
Manage inventory for jobs and place stock orders when needed
Manage the program and set-up and mills and lathes
Maintain knowledge of machine settings and specifications at all times, making adjustments when needed
Maintain safe operations by following procedures and regulations
Manage preventive maintenance on mills and lathes
Maintain accurate documentation of actions, completed production, and product quality
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed, no lifting over 50 lbs. required
Must have 5-10 years of experience operating CNC Milling Machines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
