About us

We are a small (but effective) team of real estate professionals in Northern New Jersey with an office in Teaneck, NJ. Our business has the opportunity to grow and we are looking for additional support to continue growing! The position we are hiring for is an Administrative Associate and you will be primarily responsible for administrative tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions; serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries

Process and organize loan documentation, including verification of completeness and accuracy

Assist with reviewing and verifying borrower financial documentation, including bank statements, credit reports, and background reports

Maintain detailed and accurate loan files through proper filing and document management systems

Support loan processors and underwriters by preparing analysis reports and documentation

Monitor insurance coverage, flood certificates, and property tax information for active loans

Coordinate with title companies for document processing and review

Assist with quality control reviews of loan documentation

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive customer and organizational information

Perform general administrative duties including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

Manage office supplies and equipment as needed

Support team members with various administrative tasks as assigned

Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration

Must-Have Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processing

Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel

Experience with database management and record-keeping

Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally

Basic understanding of financial and/or mortgage terminology preferred

Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads

Bonus Skills We Love, But Not Required

● Previous real estate industry experience

● Experience of CRM systems

● Fluent in Spanish is helpful, but not required

Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year based on experience
