RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrange and coordinate corporate events and parties
Book travel arrangements for executives and staff
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and executives professionally
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for executives
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, especially in supporting executives, is a big plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
