Position Summary:
This is a part-time, permanent position with flexible daytime hours. The ideal candidate will help manage front office operations and assist with a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Shipping products and processing outgoing orders
Handling accounts payable and paying bills
Processing payroll
Bookkeeping and data entry
Answering and directing phone calls
General front office and administrative duties
Position Details:
12–16 hours per week
2–3 days per week (weekdays only — mornings, no evenings or weekends)
Flexible daytime scheduling available
Requirements:
Must live within 20 minutes of Roxbury Township, NJ (please do not apply if you live further away)
This is an in-person position (no remote work)
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Basic bookkeeping and payroll experience preferred
Comfortable using Windows computers and standard office software
Friendly, professional phone manner
Ability to work independently in a small office setting
