Busy downtown Montclair restaurant is seeking a full time/ part time experienced Floor Manager. We are looking for someone to spend the majority of shift working the floor: managing the staff, engaging with guests and ensuring that service and food quality is excellent. You must have a positive demeanor, be extremely organized and detailed oriented. The Floor Manager is required to track employees lateness and other disciplinary infractions, as well as addressing performance issues professionally - in a thorough manner. Leading staff confidently and by example is a must.
We require at least 2 years of manager experience, in a full service restaurant. This position requires open availability.
