We are currently seeking experienced, Concierge Specialist to work the front desk lobby for a beautiful, luxury, residential property in Long Branch, NJ
Several shifts available; overnight and afternoons.
Greeting incoming residents, guests and vendors is your first priority, as well as receiving packages, deliveries, introducing visitors and helping them with appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Your ability to multitask and portray a high level of customer service is paramount.
Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
Greet visitors/guests/residents professionally, and determine their nature and purpose of visit.
Monitors visitors’ access.
Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D is REQUIRED
Experience
At least 1years of related experience REQUIRED.
Full time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision Plans after 90 days of employment.
