SMS Supplies delivers building and maintenance supplies throughout New York and New Jersey. (i.e. drywall compound, paint, screws, garbage bags, soap, mops, etc.) The Inside Sales team is the face of the company and therefore needs to have excellent customer service skills.
Job Description
Inside Sales is responsible for receiving and processing orders from our customers, preparing quotes for new and existing customers, special projects related to pricing and data entry, and working with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- A drive to learn
- Very good with Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience in a hardware store or with building supplies is a big plus.
- A desire to grow with SMS
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
