35 hours per week Concierge for a Luxury rental building in Edgewater NJ.
The shift runs from 5:00PM to 12:00AM on the below days. Available to work as floater when needed due to coverage needs.
Saturday: 5:00PM to 12:00AM
Sunday: 5:00PM to 12:00AM
Monday: 5:00PM to 12:00AM
Tuesday: 5:00PM to 12:00AM
Wednesday: 5:00PM to 12:00AM
Primary responsibilities include dealing with package carriers, assisting residents with packages, answering telephones and other related customer service items.
High school diploma or GED
At least two years of customer service experience
Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
One year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry
Excellent office and computer skills
Ability to provide professional communication in all environments
Strong organizational, communication and verbal skills
In-depth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies
Proven skill in developing relations with guests, vendors and internal departments
Time management and resource management
Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
Familiarity with Yardi concierge software is a plus, but not required.
