I have a site management position open in Charlotte, NC. I am from NJ so I wanted to post up here to see who was looking for a new city to develop within management. The ideal candidate is good with numbers. There is a lot of projecting and forecasting involved. The ideal candidate would also come from a fleet management background, logistics, car rental, and I have found skills from Hotel/Restaurant management transfer well. This is a salaried position starting in the 55-60K range in an exciting field that dedicated hard working individuals can move past six figures in the future with some experience gained. We are a 150-million-dollar company with significant growth which is allowing these new positions. We will provide 5,000 to aid in reimbursed relocation assistance. I will not consider anyone without a background in people management. If you have management experience, can operate a business like you own it, and put the time and effort into developing your people, you can have a very nice position in Charlotte, NC - a great city with growth opportunities to move to many different citiers throughout the US and we are now starting to have an international presence.
