Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and strong Business Operations Manager to join our team. As the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Candidates must live near Teaneck,NJ. Position is on site only. 5 1/2 to 6 days per week in office.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Business Development and Sales
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify and address operational risks and issues in a timely manner
- Drive different projects at once
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in business operations management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of business principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using business management software and tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- HVAC experience and/or willingness to learn a Plus
