CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
The Manager is responsible for all the day to day operation of the Construction Division which is a part of a Parent Company. This is a hands-on position with full responsibility to run the division. The position reports directly to the general partners.
Responsibilities:
Hire, Train and Supervise staff.
Solicit work and prepare bids/proposals, including P&L monitoring and payroll.
Set-up jobs and take-offs, order materials.
Schedule work.
Supervise multiple job sites.
Maintain equipment and inventories.
Develop long range plans
Skills:
Knowledge of all general construction methods.
Must be able to read blueprints.
Able to do project take-offs.
Computer literate.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Job type: Full Time with benefits.
Mondays to Fridays, 8 hour days.
