As a part-time Administrative Assistant in our Accounting office 20-30 hours per week for a Hospitality Company, you are an integral part of our company! You help our established company continue to thrive by completing a variety of important accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, performing data entry of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation of accounts. Your strong QuickBooks skills help you to efficiently and accurately complete these tasks. Additionally, you will help with occasional administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT
2+ years of experience using Quickbooks (Must have thorough knowledge)
Basic knowledge of standard accounting practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
