Accounting assistant

CSM Trucking. This is a Trucking company dedicated to intermodal transportation in the ports of NY and NJ. We are looking for an assistant in our accounting department. This position requires a professional individual with strong communication skills as well as data entry. This person is required to have knowledge of QuickBooks, google sheets, excel and word. Must be efficient in billing and coding. BILINGUAL is a must (English/Spanish). This candidate is required to work a full-time shift from 9am to 5;30pm. Saturdays and Sundays are off as well as Holidays. Except if the company is required of your services and time and Half will be paid. We are willing to train the right candidate.
