Rymax (http://www.rymaxinc.com) is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate is one who is professional, can work well in a fast-paced environment and can think outside the box.
Responsibilities include:
Entering A/P invoices- including 3-way matching invoices/receipts/purchase orders
Filing all A/P payment transactions
Assist will pulling audit requests relating to all A/P transactions
Contacts Purchasing team concerning customer and vendor discrepancies' when entering A/P invoices
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements include:
· 3-Way Match A/P experience is a plus
· BA/BS in Accounting/Finance preferred
· Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
· Knowledge and experience with Great Plains Dynamics is a plus
· Must be detail oriented w/ excellent communication skills
