I am looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team. We are a well established local restaurant group with locations in the Middlesex/Monmouth/Ocean County area. This is a year round, full time position and is available for immediate start.
You should:
Have 2 years experience as a restaurant manager/GM or working knowledge of GM duties if not currently a GM
Be able to foster a positive and professional work environment
Be able to manage managers
Know how to do food/liquor/supply ordering
Know how to determine staffing needs and write schedule to cover all shifts
Be in a position to hold up the standards and expectations of the company
Be present, available and visible to all guests and staff during volume times
Coach and lead your staff throughout the shift
Be able to identify potential promotable employees
Be a self starter
Take initiative
Develop ideas to help make your restaurant better, each day
Be driven to succeed and have the desire to develop yourself and others
