An upscale Italian Restaurant in Forked River is looking for a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Manage different functions of the restaurant including staff and customer service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Previous experience in food handling, kitchen management, or restaurant operations.
- Strong customer service skills including guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of catering, banquets, or hotel restaurant management is a plus.
Work shift- 5 days a week /50-55 hours a week ( night and weekends included).
