Small boutique Accounting firm is seeking full time Office Assistant staff to join our team. We have been in business for 12 years and looking to continue to grow. This team member will be part of the Company personnel staff that performs all Office duties which could be answering the phones, help with AP invoicing and Vendor Reconciliations coding/inputting into R365, Compeat & Quick Books. Must have 3 years of General Office Skills must have great phone/email communication skills. This individual will be shown how things are done and then work independently. This is a FULL TIME IN OFFICE POSITION. NO WORKING REMOTELY. The reason is this is a very interactive office and we all work together as a team.
