RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports facilities staff in conference room management and setup
Provide mailroom support as needed
This individual must be able to focus on team tasks and provide feedback to the facilities manager regarding conference room setups.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma
Confident professional who possesses good judgment; excellent telephone, communication and customer service skills; ability to multi-task and work well under pressure; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Warm and welcoming professional, good judgement, excellent diction and verbal communication skills, good corporate appearance, hands-on take charge type, strong customer service skills, and ability to multi-task.
Able to comfortably move 50 lbs of equipment.
